Cancelation, Missed, or Late Appointment Policy.

These policies are set forth in order to best service clients, esthetician and successful business practice (allow for another client appointment, adjust schedule...)

Cancelation Notice

Must be sent 24 hours before the actual appointment.

Missed / Late Cancelation Full Service Charge

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment will be charged in full for their appointment.

Late Arrivals

Accommodation will be based on Therapist schedule and how late of an arrival. Regardless of the length of the treatment or inability to accommodate, “full” session is charged.
